TERMS OF SERVES
Hello! welcome to my TOS!
1. I do have a fast turn over time. usually I can get pieces done with in a day or two. However, I still have a busy life so things can take up to 2 weeks or more.

2. Now I want to address payment.
All payments will go through Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. (using the goods and services method!)
I want all payments AFTER you have approved the sketch.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. tell me if you DO NOT approve of the sketch and you want something changed or the entire thing redone! i will do up to TWO re-dos if we go past that you can eithera. not continue with my commission.orb. give me a different character you want drawn.so we can avoid stress for both parties.

3. What I will and will not draw. I can draw virtually any thing, but here are things I am uncomfortable drawing.ferrets, robots, extremally complicated characters, complicated backgrounds, complicated props, complicated poses.I will take up two pieces a person. no more then that.requests/nsfw art/trades are friends only until I say other wise!

4. a few things that I find unexcitable!!-Asking me to redo an entire art piece once I have gotten your approval and have shown you the final result. this will lead to you being blacklisted you will not be getting a refund.-Asking to trade art for clout. I'm not interested. i dont care about your 5,000 followers on Instagram.- not giving credit where it is due.- asking for free art when I am not offering it.-abusing my tot!-claiming that you did the piece I drew for you! you will be blacklisted

5. Regarding NSFW piece- 20 years or older! I DONT CARE IF YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE!! I am NOT comfortable drawing for you! There are NO exceptions.- I will ID. I will ask for your birthday only on your id card.-to verify that it is your age please place your ID card on a paper and write “merps art commissions” somewhere around it and send me a photo over FA or TH!- I WILL NOT draw any fetishes that I consider gross. Ask to know what is on that list!!--

Merp's black listThis sections is for people who have been black listed from my commissions. They can no longer get any form of my art. whether it be an adopt, YCH, commissions, request, etc. I will give the user name of the person then the reasons.With no regrets I inform those who have found their way on to my black list that there is NO way for you to get off of it. :) please see you self OUT of my commissions thank you!---
1. fall2zero on discord - neglecting to tell me that they didn't approve of the sketch. Later telling me they want EVERYTHING redone once I was done with the piece. They where over all very rude with how they approached me and nit picky about every single part of the piece.
